See all special orders in a single page. Special orders are segmented into buckets such as "need to order", "needs a phone call", "needs to transfer", etc. No more orders slipping through a crack.
Keeping on top of all customer special orders can be challenging. Optio makes it surprisingly easy by segmenting them into groups. The "need to order" group shows all orders for which the item does not exist in any location and is not on any purchase order. The "needs a call" group shows all orders in which the item is at the location of the order but for which customer contact has not been documented. The "needs another call" group shows orders that have yet to be picked up after a specified number of days.
